Insurance Claims

We convert the paper insurance claims to electronic claims for insurance companies, TPAs' and other players in the Healthcare payor segment. The teams processing these claims have been trained on each client's specifications exclusively and all the team members are experts in processing the claims received from their respective client. The claims received are HCFA forms, UB92, Dental or Non-Standard forms.

The database is updated the forms are received, and at the end of the day the updated database is sent back to the client in the form of Database Files.

1. Data Entry Services:
a. Convert all paper document/scanned documents to electronic data by simple key-in process
b. Maintain the database
c. Data-mine as and when required

2. Re-pricing:
We provide the re-pricing services to the Insurance Companies and TPAs. We are working on a pilot process

3. Adjudication:
Adjudication services are also provided to the Insurance Companies and TPAs. We are working on a pilot process

Environment, Health and Safety (EH & S)

At IDS, currently we are providing the following services to our client:

• MSDS Indexing: Each MSDS is studied and analyzed by the team in detail. The MSDS, is then indexed in the customized application developed by IDS. Depending on the information mentioned in the MSDS it is indexed as per the specifications and business rules received from the client.
• MSDS Revision Obtainment - The process of acquiring MSDS from the client specified manufacturer or distributor's website. This process involves obtaining and indexing a revised MSDS from manufacturer website after comparing it with the old MSDS. 
• MSDS Authoring - The process involves preparation and analysis of Material Safety Data Sheets, including writing the MSDS forms, adhering to global EHS regulations, maintaining and setting up MSDS database. 

Further process of classification of MSDS and providing online support for handling spill, wastage and other material management support are in the pilot phase.
